Services Offered:

We  provide tattooing and piercing services in accordance with local health  and safety regulations. Our artists are skilled professionals who will  provide services as agreed upon with clients.

Appointment Booking:

Appointments can be made through our website or by contacting us directly (937-352-6206). A deposit may be required  to secure your booking, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Health and Safety:

We  prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. All  equipment is sterilized, and disposable items are used whenever  possible. Clients must disclose any health conditions or allergies prior  to receiving services.

Age Requirements:

Clients  must be 18 years or older to receive tattoos. We do not tattoo minors.

Pricing Payments:

Prices  for services vary from artist to artist. Payment is due at the time of  service, and each artist accepts payment differently (they will let you  know during consultation or through email/text).

Refunds and Cancellations:

Deposits  for appointments are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a  case-by-case basis for services not rendered as agreed.

Consent and Artwork:

Clients  must provide informed consent before receiving services. Custom artwork  will be agreed upon before the tattooing process begins.

Copyright and Ownership:

All  artwork created by our artists remains the intellectual property of the  artist. Clients may not reproduce or use the artwork for commercial  purposes without permission.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients  are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by our  artists. Any issues or concerns post-service should be reported  promptly.

Limitation of Liability:

We  are not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or damages  resulting from services received. Our liability is limited to the cost  of the services provided.

Changes to Terms:

We  reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes  will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
